Hollytree Cottage is a roomy three-bedroomed terraced house with all the facilities you need for a comfortable self-catering holiday. There is a through lounge\dining-room and a separate kitchen on the ground floor. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms and one single, and a bathroom\toilet including an electric shower. There is a separate toilet attached to the back of the house. The sleeping accommodation comprises one double and three single beds.  A further single bed, a folding bed and a baby travel cot can be arranged if required. The kitchen has a full-size electric cooker with ceramic hob, large fridge/freezer, automatic washing machine, microwave and a good range of  crockery and cutlery. Heating is by electric convectors and storage heating, and there is an open coal fire. There is a colour TV and DVD player.

Outside the Cottage has a front garden and an enclosed rear courtyard/patio, and there is plenty of space for parking in the quiet lane at the front.

Our charges include electricity costs, and fresh bed-linen (duvet covers, sheets and pillow-cases).

(Please note that smoking is not permitted in the Cottage and animals are only permitted by special arrangement, so please ask first. Where accepted, we charge £8 per week for each dog, to cover the additional cleaning costs.)
